Overview
Jket® brand Full Jacketed Ball Valves manufacturing and exports by us since 2011. Each full jacketed ball valves have oversize flanges to achieve proper bolting space at flange back size. Up to size 4"/DN100 between core size and jacket size have minimum one size different and in big size from 5"/DN125 flange sizes are more higher.
By default, each our Full Jacketed Ball Valve flange to flange distance provides oversize flange length as per ASME B 16.10 Standard. As example if valve size is 4" (DN100) x 6" (DN150), in that case valve length will be as per 6" (DN100), it means 266.7mm (10.5"). Benefit is, in emergency of jacketed valve replacement any non-jacketed valve temporary can fix.
Non-Standard length of Jacketed Ball Valve also can produce by us and deliver special order basis. All types of Full Jacketed Valves available with PTFE seats for lower temperature and for hight temperature with Metal To Metal Seats (Tungsten Carbide Coated and Stellite Coated).
