Full Jacketed Plug Valve (Lubricating Type)

Jket® brand Full Jacketed Lubricating Type, Metal to Metal Seated Plug Valves manufacturing and exports by us since 2011 which best suitable for High Temperature and High-Pressure Service, this patented design of valves has integral casted thermal heating jacket provision, minimum by 75% less weld joints compare to another top leading brand product. Each Jacketed Taper Plug Valves Jacket testing carried out before assembly of valves to assure any leakages from any portion of body.

Our manufacturing range of Thermal Heating Jacketed Plug Valves are Bolted Cover, Lubricating Type, Metal to Metal Seated, Taper Plug type, which suitable for various high temperature process media in form viscous, adhesive, slurry, high density and sticky media form which solidify on lower temperature.

For Lubrication on Lapped Plug Seating surface, achieved by the help of valve sealant injected through the valve stem centre. The sealant is routed past a non-return valve (ball type check valve) and subsequently distributed via an internal network grooves machined into plug, ensuring effective coverage of the mating surfaces. However we are trying to operate the Jacketed Plug Valve, a layer of lubricating sealant spread between seating surface area and valve operate smoothly.

The taper plug element is seated within a correspondingly tapered bore, generating a secure interference fit while still permitting fine positional adjustment to simultaneously ensure zero leakage and low operating torque. In the fully open configuration, the mating tapered interfaces between the plug and the valve body are isolated from direct contact with the process fluid, thereby mitigating degradation mechanisms such as corrosion and erosive wear to non-critical regions of the assembly. Furthermore, the valve incorporates a linear, unobstructed flow passage, resulting in minimum hydraulic resistance and negligible pressure drop across the device.

Each Full Jacketed Plug Valves manufactured by us in sizes from 1" x 2" to 6" x 8", which mostly used in application where the medium freezes or solidifies at lower temperatures like bitumen, naphthalene, asphalt, coal tar, wax, polymer, resin, epoxy, adhesive, carbon, graphite, slurry etc. All Full Jacketed Valve flange sizes are one size higher than valve bore size to get proper bolting clearance after Jacket fabrication.
