Jket® brand Fully Jacketed Spring-Loaded Dual Plate Type Check Valve, also known as Jacketed Dual Disc Non-Return Valves, boast a compact and robust flangeless, wafer design check valve. These valves are versatile, suitable for a wide array of applications handling process molten sulphur, polymer, resin, bitumen, chocolate, chemical, asphalt etc. It can be installed in vertical and horizontal both lines. Each valve has by default Metal to Metal seats to sustain high pressure as well high temperature.

Comprising five key elements - the body, disc, jacket, hinge pin, and spring- the Jacketed Single Disc Check Valve operates efficiently. When fluid pressure is applied, the valve opens, and upon flow cessation, the compression spring promptly shuts it down, effectively preventing any reverse flow.
