Each size of Heating Jacketed Y Strainer has minimum one flange size higher than bore size in this design. Various type of heating media can be used for Full Jacketed Y Strainer as Hot Water, Hot oil, Thermal oil, Therminol, Thermic Fluid Oil, Dowtherm Oil, Steam etc as per process requirement to convert media in liquid form.

Overview

Jket® brand Full Jacketed Y Type Strainer manufacturing and exports by our company since 2011. Each full jacketed Y Type Strainer have oversize flanges to achieve proper bolting space at flange back size. Each size of Heating Jacketed Y Strainer has minimum one flange size higher than bore size in this design. Various type of heating media can be used for Full Jacketed Y Strainer as Hot Water, Hot oil, Thermal oil, Therminol, Thermic Fluid Oil, Dowtherm Oil, Steam etc as per process requirement to convert media in liquid form.

By default, each our Full Jacketed Y Strainers flange to flange distance provides oversize flange length as per BS EN 558 Standard. As example if strainer size is 2" (DN50) x 3" (DN80), in that case valve length will be as per 3" (DN80), it means 310.0mm (12.20"). Benefit is, in emergency of jacketed strainer replacement can do by anyone non-jacketed strainer temporary can fix. Precisely design of each jacketed strainer have Low Pressure Drop, Less Pressure Loss, Easy to clean with net filtration free opening area minimum by 3 times (300%) against inlet pipe cross sectional area.

Non-Standard length of Jacketed Strainer also can supply by us and manufacture on order basis. All types of Full Jacketed Strainer available with various size of Filter Wire Mesh on order basis. Filter fine wire mesh available from 5 Micron to 5000 Micron Hole size. Perforated hole sheet diameter 0.5mm to 10.0mm available in thickness of 0.5mm to 3.0mm.

Precisely designed each jacketed strainer have Low Pressure Drop, Less Pressure Loss, Easy to clean with net filtration free opening area minimum by 3 times (300%) against inlet pipe cross sectional area.

Advantage of Jacketed Y Strainer is to extend service life of pump on preventing of foreign particle and also provide clear process media to system application.
