All Full Jacketed Globe valves have oversize flanges to achieve proper bolting space at flange back size. In the design, there is a minimum one-size difference between the core and jacket dimensions.
By default, each our Full Jacketed Globe Valve flange to flange distance provides oversize flange length as per ASME B 16.10 Standard. As example if valve size is 6" (DN150) x 8" (DN200), in that case valve length will be as per 8" (DN200), it means 406.4 mm (16"). The advantage is that in case of an emergency requiring replacement of a jacketed valve, a non-jacketed valve can temporarily serve as a substitute.
Tailor made dimensions Jacketed Globe Valve also supply by us. All Full Jacketed Globe Valves by default come with Stellited Hard Face Seats to make the valve last longer and prevent leaks from the seats.
