Jket® Full Jacketed PTFE-Sleeved Plug Valves (Renewable/Replaceable Seated Plug Valves) feature a patented design offering several key advantages.
Integral Jacket Construction: The heating jacket is integral to the valve body casting, providing robust construction and improved reliability.
Reduced Weld Joints: Approximately 75% lesser weld joints compared with jacketed valves from major manufacturers, resulting in enhanced structural integrity and reduced potential leakage points.
LOTO-Type Handle Locking: A standard locking provision is provided for the valve handle in both the fully open and fully closed positions, supporting safe operation and lockout/tagout (LOTO) practices.
Anti-Rotation PTFE Sleeve Design: A specially engineered zigzag locking arrangement securely retains the PTFE sleeve within the valve body. This design prevents sleeve rotation during valve operation and helps maintain reliable performance, even under choking/throttling conditions.
Each PTFE Sleeved Heating Jacketed Plug Valves Jacket pressure testing carried out before assembly of valves to ensure not any leakages from any portion of body and jacket castings. A perfection assembly of Metal diaphragm, PTFE diaphragm, PTFE wedge ring and PTFE Gland Packing Ring never allows any leakage from plug gland area.
Our manufacturing range of Steam Jacketed PTFE Sleeved Plug Valves are Bolted Cover, Renewable Sleeve, Soft Seated, Easy to Operate, Smooth Function, Lower Torque, Zero Leakage, which suitable for various process media in form viscous, adhesive, slurry, high density and sticky media form which solidify on lower temperature.
Each Full Jacketed, PTFE Seated, Plug Valves manufactured by us in sizes from 1" x 2" to 6" x 8", as Full Jacketed Plug Valve flanges size always higher than valve bore size for easy flange to flange bolting facility.
