Each half-jacketed check valve has the same bore size as well as the same flange size. We manufacture bolted cover, full opening, low-pressure drop design half-jacketed swing check valves in sizes ranging from DN 50/2" to DN300/12", available with flanged end and butt weld end. Flange to Flange Distance as per ASME B 16.10 Standard.
Main advantage of half jacketed valves is no need to go with oversize modification and easy to replacement with any non-jacketed valves also.
Tailor made dimensions Jacketed Check Valve also manufacture by us. All Half-Jacketed Swing Check Valves by default come with Stellited Hard Face Seats to make the valve last longer and prevent leaks from the seats.
